Description: This is the fifth part of a six-part series on the trials of Jesus, leading up to the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ. These six trials consisted of three religious trials and three civil trials. This message looks at the fifth trial (the second of the civil trials), which was held on Good Friday morning before Herod Antipas, the son of Herod the Great. Pilate did not want to condemn Jesus himself, and so passed the buck to Herod.
