4. Active ministry [Matt 7:21-24].

5. Conviction of sin [John 8:3-9].

6. Assurance [Matt. 23:1-39].

7. Time of decision [Matt 13:5-6, 20-21].

The fruit or proof of saving faith.

1. Love for God [Luke 10:27; 1 John 4:19].

2. Repentance from sin [2 Cor 7:10; I John 1:8-10; Luke 13:3].

3. Genuine humility [Matt 5:1-12].

4. Devotion to God’s glory [1 Cor 10:31].

5. Brotherly love [I John 2:9; 3:14; 4:7].

6. Separation from the world [1 Cor 2:12; I John 2:15-17; 5:5].

7. Spiritual growth [Matt 13:23; Eph 4:12-16; I Peter 1:5-10].

8. Obedience [Matt 7:21; Rom 16:25-26; I Peter 1:2, 22; I John 2:3-5].

9. Desire for holiness [1 John 3:7-9].

10. Correction by the Lord [Heb. 11:4-13].

11. Endurance in trials [1 Peter 1:6-7].
